Overview

Life happens. When it does, it is important to get the care you need when you need it. That is why Arkema has partnered with virtual and in-person providers to offer you accessible care that is available around the clock.

Where Should I Go For Care?

CVS Virtual Care (replacement for Teladoc)* and CVS MinuteClinics can help you save money and get care quickly when you have a minor illness or injury. Many CVS MinuteClinics offer behavioral health support as well.

If you experience a serious injury or illness, like a sprain or broken bone, a cut that requires stitches, or a minor burn, your in-network urgent care center offers walk-in service at extended hours.

For severe and life-threatening illnesses and injuries, visit the emergency room.

*Teladoc is no longer available for telemedicine effective 1/1/2025. Please use the CVS Virtual Care service.

You can also go to CVS Virtual Care through aetna.com. Log in, click on “Find Care and Pricing,” then select Virtual Care providers. You can schedule an appointment with a virtual provider or schedule a visit at a local CVS minute clinic if needed.
