With Castlight, focus on the parts of your well-being that matter most to you—and earn rewards doing it! Castlight is a mobile-first application (though still available through a web browser), making it easy for employees and spouses to access health care benefit information and track progress towards incentives from their smartphones. Earn points by completing simple activities to improve your health, such as getting a physical or receiving a biometric screening.
If you earned 2,000 points before November 1, 2023, your $400 medical plan premium reduction will be spread across your 2024 paychecks. If your spouse is covered under an Arkema medical plan and they earned 2,000 points, their $400 medical plan premium reduction will also be spread across your 2024 paychecks for a combined maximum of $800. If you are not enrolled in an Arkema medical plan and you earned 2,000 points, you will earn $200 in a paycheck in early 2024.
Even if you didn't earn your medical plan premium reduction, you can still continue earning points towards entries in sweepstakes to win VISA or Amazon gift cards and other prizes like Apple Watches, Apple iPads, air purifiers, and AirPods! Your enrolled spouse is also eligible to earn an Amazon gift card and entries to sweepstakes. If you didn’t earn your medical plan premium reduction, you and/or your enrolled spouse must still earn 2,000 points before you are eligible to redeem points toward an Amazon gift card or sweepstakes. Gift cards and prizes are subject to U.S. income tax reporting.
If you elect coverage and were hired on or after June 1, 2023, you will automatically receive the reduced medical premium and do not have to earn 2,000 points to receive this discount. You can still participate in the Well-Being Matters program, earn 2,000 points to earn a $50 Amazon giftcard, and enter into sweepstakes and challenges.
