With Castlight, focus on the parts of your well-being that matter most to you—and earn rewards doing it! Castlight is a mobile-first application (though still available through a web browser), making it easy for employees and spouses to access health care benefit information and track progress towards incentives from their smartphones. Earn points by completing simple activities to improve your health, such as getting a physical or receiving a biometric screening.
If you earned 2,000 points before November 1, 2024, your $400 medical plan premium reduction will be spread across your 2025 paychecks. If your spouse is covered under an Arkema medical plan and they earned 2,000 points, their $400 medical plan premium reduction will also be spread across your 2025 paychecks for a combined maximum of $800. If you waived an Arkema medical plan and you earned 2,000 points by November 1, $200 will be added to your paycheck by the end of January 2025
Even if you didn’t earn your medical plan premium reduction, you can enter in sweepstakes to win VISA or Amazon gift cards and other prizes like Apple Watches, Apple iPads, and AirPods! Your enrolled spouse is also eligible to earn an Amazon gift card and entries to sweepstakes. If you didn’t earn your medical plan premium reduction, you and/or your enrolled spouse had to earn 2,000 points before you are eligible to redeem points toward an Amazon gift card or sweepstakes. Gift cards and prizes are subject to U.S. income tax reporting.
If you elected coverage and were hired on or after June 1, 2024, you should have automatically received the reduced medical premium and did not have to earn 2,000 points to receive this discount. If you earned 2,000 points through Well-Being Matters, you can use points over 2,000 toward a $50 Amazon giftcard, and enteries into sweepstakes.

- One-on-one support from Castlight Care Guides for issues like finding a doctor or understanding your health benefits
- A summary of the health benefits you are enrolled in
- A provider search tool that can let you sort providers by services
- A cost-estimator tool so you know how much you’ll pay for a service before your visit
- Access to your digital insurance card(s) in your account online or through the Castlight mobile app
Volunteering Opportunities at Arkema
As mentioned above, you can earn points for your volunteer activities throughout the year. If you are located in the Delaware, New Jersey or Pennsylvania area and would like to volunteer with the Arkema community, there are opportunities available. Employees who volunteer can participate in a range of group activities such as:
- Helping to build a house
- Helping to assemble furniture and hardware
- Participating in community cleanups
- Helping out in Habitat “ReStore" retail outlets
